What the job is worth to you. A water heater replacement and a sprinkler tune-up are priced differently because they are worth differently.
Exclusive means the lead is yours alone. Shared means the same lead goes to up to three contractors and speed decides it - roughly half the price.
Your opening balance scales with the site actual lead flow, not a projection. Quiet sites need a smaller deposit.
